SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed and packaged. For next day delivery, orders must be placed by 2PM GMT. 

All times and dates given for delivery are given in good faith but are estimates only.

If your order is placed before 2PM GMT Monday - Thursday, we will process and package it on the same day for it to be dispatched the following working day.

Orders placed on a Friday before 2PM will be processed and packaged on the same day and dispatched the following working day (Monday). 

Saturday or Sunday orders will be processed and packaged on the same day and dispatched on Monday.

Orders placed on UK public holidays will be processed and packaged the same day and dispatched the next working day. 

Shipping will be via DPD for UK and EU orders. DHL is our shipping partner for US, Canada and ROW orders. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notifying you of your tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking number or it does not work, please contact us and we'll investigate and resolve the issue. If you have any questions, please email info@kenteva.com.

FOR US ORDERS: Customs and import duties are calculated at the checkout. 

FOR INTERNATIONAL (CANADA & ROW) ORDERS: Customs and import duties vary widely for international orders. Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes and customs clearance charges. Such additional charges are solely the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. Your local customs office will be able to assist you with any issues that you may have. Please also note that orders delivered via DPD can be tracked until it leaves the UK. Once your order has left the UK and reached your destination, a signature will be required upon delivery.

Where necessary the parcel will be passed on to a partner delivery company determined by DPD. Should this be the case, another tracking number will be shared with you.

UNEXPECTED DELAYS: In some instances delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated. There may be circumstances that are outside of our control (customs processing, holidays, strikes). Please contact us if your package is taking longer than expected to arrive and we will aim to resolve this.
